11th & 12th Grade English

The 11th and 12th grade English class have been reading Shakespeare and now put their acting abilities together to perform scenes from Macbeth.

Elementary Dance

The BCA Kindergarten - 2nd grade have been practicing dances and performed them a few weeks ago.  Sit back and enjoy.

Building Progress!

Lots of progress on the building with steps and a fire escape up and ready to use.  We are praying for the building to be completed this summer, and that we would receive the occupancy permits by this fall.  Please pray with us for these things! It is exciting to see all the progress!

BCA Basketball

For the first time in many years BCA has had a boy's Basketball team this year!!  They have played games against a few international schools here in town and were invited to an invitational tournament in Budapest, Hungary.  Five teams competed in Budapest and our team came in last, BUT they were awarded the sportsmanship award for the tournament

Snow Fall!!

Now winter is truly upon us, but the work on the building moves on!

Work is moving ahead inside as well as the walls are starting to go up in the elementary wing!

New Exterior Pictures!!

With unseasonably warm weather there has been a lot of progress on the exterior of the building!!  Things are moving along very nicely!

 Walls are beginning to go up inside and things are really beginning to take shape!

The BCA Basketball 2011-2012 Season Kicks Off!

The BCA Boy's basketball team season opened at AISB in Baneasa on Dec. 7.  The emotions and excitement of their first game in a "real" gym were running high.  They played with only 7 players, and were tired near the end.  The final score doesn't reflect all the work they spent practicing, but they enjoyed playing a "real game."

  Final score: AISB-  65  BCA-  27!

"In our next game, against ISB, things were a little bit different. We knew something was odd when we were told by the ISB guard to go to the "balloon" behind the school for the game. Then, once we were inside the balloon we looked at the "court" and noticed it was a tennis court with artificial grass! And so we played on the court in the balloon, and won the game 44-29!" - anonymous player.
