BCA HISTORY DAY

The Elementary grades hosted "History Day." Each student dressed as a historical character they'd studied this year. There were contests, readings, arts and crafts, cooking and a lot of all-around good times to be had by all!

ON THE ROAD

Mrs. York's 3rd graders visited Romania's Natural History Museum in Bucharest. Here are two of the images they brought back with them.

SINAIA ...HERE WE COME!

Sinaia is home to the famous Peles Castle of Romania. It's a popular tourist and historical site. The 4th graders traveled there by train and spent a day in the small mountain town. Here are a few glimpses of what it was like!

BUCHAREST BOTANICAL GARDENS

Our Elementary students recently went on a field trip to Bucharest Botanical Garden, here in the city. Our students participate in trips that encourage understanding and learning about Romanian history and culture.
